The Beginning (1987)
Started as a family kitchen serving homestyle Filipino cooking to satisfy the cravings of our community for authentic traditional cuisine.
Growing by Word of Mouth
Through delighted customers and referrals, our reputation grew. People loved our good food and reasonable pricing - just like eating at home.
From Kitchen to Catering (1997)
The demand was so high, we focused exclusively on catering. Orders started coming in from all over California!

The Beginning
Fiesta Fast Food opened its doors in Eagle Rock, California as a fast food and catering service to satisfy the cravings of Filipinos for home-style cooking and traditional Filipino cuisine.
1997
Catering Focus
Through word of mouth and referral of delighted customers, we decided to concentrate exclusively on food catering. Orders started coming in from everywhere in California.
2009
Celebrity Events
Fiesta Fast Food began catering at numerous Filipino events and has met dozens of Filipino celebrities, establishing itself as a caterer for TFC/GMA/TV5's international events.
